I worked on a year long media project with my creative team for the Nine Zero Properties multifamily living portfolio. We scrapped all of our photography and started fresh! I created visual boards and social media/digital presence pitch decks for each property and then we were off! We focused on one property at a time, and made our way through lifestyle + ILS photography & videography. The content has been used for print collateral, digital marketing efforts including reels and social media posts, and onsite resident marketing. Our creative efforts mixed with our marketing strategies led us to winning Marketing Team of the Year (awarded by the NAA)! Benson Lights
I had the pleasure of creating a ‘day in the life’ of a Benson Lights resident video a few years ago. I worked with local businesses to spotlight the community, I drafted the storyboard and overall concept, I curated the apartment setup, I directed the videographer, hired the actors, and even had to fill in as the main character last minute. This project was only $400 and was filmed in two days.
If you were wondering… The extremely adorable dog is my baby, Stevie! This was her first acting gig and she killed it.
Live Like a Storm Chaser
The Vivere is a luxurious apartment building that is a part of the NZP portfolio. My team and I were able to score an awesome sponsorship with The Storm Chasers, a minor league baseball team in Omaha, NE! Part of our contract was to create a 30-second lifestyle video to play before each game. My duties as creative director for this project included; creating a storyboard, directing talent onsite, working with the editor during the post production process, creating copy for the social media ad, and pulling analytics.
Fun fact: I jokingly threw out the statement “Live Like a Storm Chaser” during the initial meeting with the Storm Chaser’s marketing manager, and he instantly was in love with it.. And now it’s the campaign’s official tagline!
